We accept bank transfer (BACS), debit/credit card payments, cash, and approved commercial invoicing terms. Payment details are provided on your invoice.
For residential clients, payment is usually due upon completion of the service. For commercial clients, we agree on payment terms (e.g., 7–30 days) in writing before starting the work.
For larger projects, such as end-of-tenancy portfolios, commercial kitchens, student accommodations, or solar panel cleaning, we may require a deposit to secure your booking and allocate resources.

Client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you notify us within 24 hours of service completion, we will review the concern and, where reasonable, return to rectify the issue in line with the agreed scope of work.
