Yes. We hold Public Liability Insurance and operate in accordance with UK Health & Safety regulations. Documentation can be provided upon request for commercial or contractual clients.
We accept bank transfer (BACS), debit/credit card payments, cash, and approved commercial invoicing terms. Payment details are provided on your invoice.
For residential clients, payment is typically due on completion of the service. For commercial clients, payment terms (e.g., 7–30 days) are agreed in writing prior to commencement.
For large projects (e.g., end-of-tenancy portfolios, commercial kitchens, or student accommodation blocks), a deposit may be required to secure the booking and allocate resources. As well as for the Solar Panel cleaning project.
We require a minimum of 24–48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover allocated labour and operational costs. Full terms are detailed in our Terms & Conditions.
Client satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you notify us within 24 hours of service completion, we will review the concern and, where reasonable, return to rectify the issue in line with the agreed scope of work.
