DeepClean & Solar Care Solutions Ltd provides professional deep cleaning and solar panel maintenance services for landlords, property managers, and accommodation providers across the North East of England.
Our core services focus on end-of-tenancy and high-standard deep cleaning, particularly within student accommodation and shared rental properties, where reliable turnaround and attention to detail are essential.
Alongside this, we deliver specialist solar panel cleaning and maintenance, using safe, professional equipment and thermal imaging diagnostics to assess system performance before and after cleaning. This allows us not only to clean panels effectively, but also to identify early signs of inefficiency, contamination, or potential faults.
Our approach is practical and results-driven supporting both clean, inspection-ready spaces and efficient, well-performing solar systems.

Growing up in Tocamacho, a rural village in northeastern Honduras, I had limited access to electricity. Most families relied on candles, and only a few households had small solar panel systems. My family was fortunate to have one but like many others, there was no maintenance, no inspection, and no understanding of performance.
Over time, I noticed a pattern. Energy availability would decline, especially when it was needed most, yet the cause was often misunderstood. Dust, environmental exposure, and gradual system degradation were not considered because maintenance was not part of the conversation.
Years later, while working on community projects and later studying Renewable Energy and Enterprise Management, I developed a deeper understanding:
Solar systems don’t usually fail suddenly; they lose performance gradually when they are not properly maintained.
That realisation shaped the foundation of this business.
Today, DeepClean & Solar Care Solutions Ltd exists to address that gap combining careful cleaning, practical diagnostics, and structured maintenance to help customers protect their investment, maintain performance, and extend the life of their systems.

I founded DeepClean & Solar Care Solutions Ltd to bring together two areas I know well: PBSA (Purpose-Built Student Accommodation) turnover and solar panel maintenance. Since arriving in the UK in 2020, I’ve supervised deep-cleaning operations in student accommodation, residential and commercial properties. This taught me what “high standards” look like in practice and how vital reliable, well-structured work is, especially when property managers are under pressure and can’t afford missed deadlines or poor results. Alongside this, I completed a Master’s in Renewable Energy and Enterprise Management at Newcastle University, gaining a strong understanding of how solar systems perform in the real world. My hands-on work installing panels reinforced a simple lesson: practice speaks louder than theory, and maintenance is non‑negotiable.
